Lee Hatfield is a native Annapolitan with over 28 years as a REALTOR. Lee is very active in the real estate industry and has held the position of President of the Anne Arundel Association of Realtors, President of the Distinguished Sales Achievement Club, and has chaired many other committees through the Anne Arundel Association of Realtors and the Maryland Association of Realtors. Lee was also named Realtor of the Year in 2001 for Anne Arundel County. Lee has been married for over 29 years and has 4 children, and 1 grandchild. His hobbies include travel, music and watching his kids play lacrosse and soccer.

Greta was born and raised in Anne Arundel County. Greta has been with the Lee Hatfield Team since 2008. Greta is dedicated to serving clients to the best of her ability. She is very organized and detailed oriented. Greta says that she has the best of the best teaching her new things everyday and she enjoys working in the team environment. In her spare time she loves to spend time with her new husband, Ben and her step-children (Kayla & Nate) as well as her friends and family.
